It may seem quiet in G&S land, but in case you don't know: our sister community, the all-gender all-orientation sx-positive House of Scorpio, does 5-7 events each month. In fact, HoS is doing a big membership drive this month, with extra perks for those who sign up in July: stay with us a while, and get your 6th month (Nov) FREE, plus $15 tickets to all classes and FREE movie nights every month until then, regardless of your member level. You have till the end of the week to take advantage.

- Tonight! 7.24 - Sensual Wax Play workshop - this one requires membership, but it's so worth it. Learn & practice in a safe space.

- This Fri 7.26 - Dark DecaDance - queer-forward goth party - we collaborate with HoS on this one every 4th Friday of the month to bring you an old-school goth dance party with new-school values. All genders & expressions welcome, come dance! We're doing a goth beach theme this month, so feel free to throw some tropical color into your outfit for $5 off at door -- or stick to all black, and get $5 off for registering in advance.

- Next Thur 8.1 - Taste The Rainbow - all-gender all-orientation mixer - Curious about HoS in general? This monthly social is the place to start.

And here's another thought: a lot of our community goes off to Burning Man over Labor Day weekend, but there's always a portion who can't make it. Show of hands: who'd want us to throw a party on Burn Night Saturday so you have somewhere to be with your fellow burners? We have a killer space with killer AC, and a storage full of fake snow. So...Snowing Man on Burn night? We’ll broadcast the official Man Burn stream, for sure. Would love to know which musicians, DJs & art folk are around and may want to collaborate on a local community thing. Could even do Fri & Sat both, if people want that extended party vibe. Let us know! We could only do this if there's a strong response, and the art & entertainment budget would come from advance ticket sales.

Wax play gets a scary name, but it's actually one of the most approachable kink pathways. Anyone from the most sensorily sensitive to the bold sensory seeker can find a satisfying way to play with wax. In this two-part course (second class Wed 8.14), we'll talk about how to handle wax like a pro, approaching wax play with sensuality and finesse, and the key elements to building a sultry & steamy play scene. Once you learn how to use wax alone, we will teach you to layer it with other tools for more fun.

- Safety protocols
- Body mapping & anatomy
- Temperature vs. Sensation Play
- Ideas for wax play scenes

All BB classes are a mixture of lecture, hands-on experience, and dedicated Q&A time. After class, stay for dedicated practice & play time to help you solidify your skills, while our teacher remains available for guidance. Class and practice are in the main space, while the bar lounge is open 7pm-12am if you want to arrive early or leave late -- or just need a break. Always BYO practice items, where relevant, though we will always have a selection on hand.

Our teacher: Lady Euphoria Sol is a Transformational Lifestyle & Professional Dominatrix, BDSM Educator, Coach and Ritualist. Her work centers inner exploration, shadow work and energetics in pursuit of Euphoria. She is most recently known for her role as former founding headmistress and curator of 7 Days of Domination, a quarterly week-long series of educational kink talks from worldwide BDSM experts.

Bedroom Badass is our series of workshops to take couples and individuals through various steps in opening up their relationships, or in exploring more adventurous sexual experiences. Whether you're a total novice or an old pro, each class has a range of information relevant to all experience levels.

*Bedroom Badass happens on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month

Whatever your membership level, you are invited to use our space as your own for the night...as your clubhouse. While the ticketed activities will take place on the stage side of the room, the bar and lounge will remain open 7pm-11pm (12am if enough people are lounging). Just like with regular events, if you're Friend level and above, you can bring up to two friends with you. Order in dinner, have a few drinks, run a friendly board game, or just read a book on the comfy couch. This is not a mixer -- just us opening our doors for our members. It's up to you how much you socialize, if at all, and with whom.

Blending an engaging live set with theatrical performance, she creates an unforgettable show. A talented pole dancer, and the front-woman of synth punk act Betray Every God, Molly delivers from the stage to the speaker. She has spun at Cruel Intentions, My Black Valentine Celebration, Lesbian Goth Night and more. Get ready for a night of hard beats, unforgettable stage performance, and a killer playlist to send you to the grave.

Dress code: goth, fetish, romantic, vampire, dark Lolita, neo-Victorian, steampunk, ninja warrior. Effort required / no casual wear.

We get asked all the time how people can join HoS if they are shy, don't have like-minded friends, lack PALs for play parties, have no idea how this whole thing works, don't feel like jumping into sexy activity but want to connect to open-minded humans, etc. This party is the answer!

Calling all LGBTQIA+, poly, kink, swinger and other "alternative" dating/sex/gender-aligned humans and their allies. We're creating a protected and judgment-free space for connections, conversations, community, games and interactivity. This is the key HoS event open to non-members. Come meet us before you join!

For those of you new to it all: direct introductions to HoS members new and old; facilitated discussions on poly, kink and swinger lifestyles; icebreaker games to welcome you to our club.

For our regulars: a way to ease new friends into our scene; a chance to meet all the new faces you may want to kiss later; a visit with the community even if your PAL is not around.

For everyone: tabletop and social games, both risqué and plain fun; a charming host to make the introductions and explain all things HoS and sex-positive, and a cozy setting for conversations and future kisses. Our main icebreaker game, HoS Guest Bingo, runs from 7:30pm until we have a winner: get to know everyone in the room, and win a drink if you complete your bingo card.
