Calling all poly, kink, LGBTQIA+ and other "alternative" dating/sex/gender-aligned humans and their allies for a chill social & dance gathering in our lush nightlife lair. We got lights & smoke & lasers, booming bass, spinning disco ball, lots of dance floor, lots of couches. Expect an eclectic mix of retro and current pop hit remixes & mashups with happy house vibes.

Dress code: your queerest self! Sparkly unicorns, leather daddies, LED aliens, fancy fairies, punk dykes, glitter glamour queens, sequin divas, kinky party monsters, dandy butches, neon rainbow bears. This party is inclusive of all genders & expressions. Dress to dance!

*HoS rules: Dress code not required but highly encouraged; HoS membership, PAL or prior approval not required; Code of Conduct always applies; no photos except in the designated front area.

COVID safety: HoS requires proof of vaccination on file; masks encouraged; two hospital grade UV air purifiers will cycle the air.

DDD is a queer-forward kink-friendly goth dance celebration, inviting all participants to let go, dance and play in our luscious private loft. We embrace all genders and sexualities and levels of darkness.
 
On decks: resident DJ Shiver has been bringing the best of darkwave, goth, industrial, and post-punk sounds since 2015. Having spun at Femme Fest LA, Defcon NYC, and co-founding clubs Dolce Vita and Physical Ruins, she continues to blend both beloved classics and the best of new dark music. She also runs Wire Trap music magazine featuring the best new darkwave and post-punk music and events.

Guest DJ: DJ Jackpot describes her style as a blend of the old and the new, creating musical selections that are both familiar and fresh for everyone. She skillfully combines her favorite dark and danceable elements: captivating synths, deep bass lines, memorable vocal hooks and powerful beats, all layered with complex melodies. DJ Jackpot is well-acquainted with the Industrial, Techno, and EBM music scenes, having performed at both Dark Force and Terminus festivals.

Special live music guest: Arch Angel. Arch Angel has been a NYC goth scene DJ, artist and promoter for over a decade, and is also the the founder of City of Dark Angels events. Having worked with artists including PRAYERS, BootBlacks, Kontravoid, Mechanical Vein, Matt Hart and more, he is now coming out with his own exclusive dark dance tracks and mixes, combining Dark Pop, Darkwave, Goth and Industrial into a body-moving Dark Freestyle electro genre.

Light kink play welcome, but please note there is no dedicated dungeon setup or dedicated monitors. Consent and polite party behavior strictly enforced.

Dress code: goth, fetish, romantic, vampire, dark Lolita, neo-Victorian, steampunk, ninja warrior. Effort required / no casual wear.

Respiratory safety: masks always welcome; two hospital grade UV air purifiers cycle the air.

*Dark DecaDance happens on every fourth Friday of the month.
